Repower achieved another very good annual result in 2025 with EBIT of CHF 133 million. The year was marked by a very high level of investment in the distribution grid and renewable generation assets.

Repower’s three anchor shareholders are Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ), Canton Graubünden and SEIH (SPV of CEIS 3/UBS-CEIS 2).
